Never tried 1 rep maxes in biceps curls, but i can do 8 to 10 reps with 135 pounds. My arms are 16 inches flexed so not that big. If id take sterois prob 17+

Im not that much into lifting anymore tbh

Actually my hips are 29 inches i made an error. Worst thing i did was training obliques. This is how i look from the back
