i had baby acne which scarred my skin and then pretty bad cystic acne as a teenager

its getting better tho ill still try co2 lasers, they can help if not very severe

low dose isotretinoin to ensure i am acne free thus not creating new scars and pigmentation

15% azelaic acid- the main one that's helped for my PIE

at home microneedling, every 4 weeks ish, at 2mm

i mean safe in what regard u won’t die but u can fuck up your skin barrier more and worsen pigmentation so just DYOR

i recommend giving topicals a break 2-3 days b4 and after
