i leanmaxxed and i can tell you it doesn’t change anything

i have hollow cheeks and strong lower third but it still there, it’s 100 a midface and fat pad problem

surgery is the only hope for this shit

btw that foid seemed to have fixed it i messaged her 3 months ago asking how she did that she never responded jfl

Hey brother, i’ve seen almost all your threads regarding this issue, you were the only one who was going through the same issue. Almost no one can give an good explanation. Are yours fixed? I know that leanmaxxing won’t get rid of them, but did yours look worse after leanmaxxing. I always thought i was bloated and needed to get really lean. But that’s probably not the case, i’ll still get really lean and see what i’m working with.
