They’re not gna give u accutane and taz together either get it off IM or tell ur derm u have alr tried stuff like doxycycline and tret and that u have really oily skin and over exaggerate it for accutane

Test prop timing doesnt have to be exact consistency of spacing (ED/EOD) matters more than the specific hour. A 6-12 hour shift is irrelevant. If mornings are unreliable, just pick a time you can consistently stick to. Don’t double dose if you’re late e just resume your schedule.

As for Accutane, keep the dosage low.
I’m using 20mg every week and my skin is completely fine, if u keep the dosage low u shouldn’t face problems with isotret

Once you’re injecting test, your natural daily rhythm is basically overridden. The hormone levels are driven by the ester release, not your circadian peak. So morning vs evening doesn’t meaningfully matter stable injection spacing matters way more than trying to mimic a natural arc
