first of all it's for you to prove to me he made tawba, it's like saying prove to me abu talib never said the shahada. and the majority of the ulama hated abu jifah with imam bukhari labelling him as a dajjal

taymiyyah was misinformed of the haal' of abu jifah and anyways if someone takfiring abu jifah meant that they should be takfired, would ibn taymiyyah takfir abdullah ibn al mubarak he removed his jarh just 3 days
