constant self criticism can make you afraid of making mistakes, causing you to avoid challenges and hold yourself back like a dog that’s been mistreated and fears doing anything wrong.

I find it hard to ignore the state of this or suppress it. It's so deeply engrained and it almost feels like something biochemical like low dopamine. Probably why some people go for drugs. Which makes it all worse in the end lol

This is legit, just this month I was meeting a new girl every 5 days and messaging a lot of them then suddenly I saw one really good looking girl and I thought to myself that I'd never have her and wtf I suddenly went to reset mode again rotting, idk how is this even possible
