After taking low dose accutane for a couple weeks, my negroid-level bulbous nose transformed into being nordid. Paired with hydrocortisone on the sides, I basically got a free rhino. Its gonna be brutal when my accutane treatment ends. Accutane's affect on my nose is almost, if not equally, as important as it was for my skin..

Accutane is GOD SENT. As a teenager, besides anabolics, it is the holy grail of LM pharma.

Stop coping with topicals and take the fucking accutane. You will only regret not starting sooner.

I can answer any questions that anyone has.

You can stay on low dose accutane long term to maintain sebaceous gland shrinking if you want.

10-20mg daily+tret

Depends on your skin barrier/drug response

Yes, I will probably end up doing this after my prescribed treatment ends. I have essentially zero side effects besides dryness and continued to drink alcohol occasionally with no problems (not a recommendation by any means).

I agree that tret is a great option for cellular turnover, but if you struggle with severe cystic acne, it is not sufficient.

Good take, this is basically my plan too.

Other than dry skin I've also been chilling.

Late puberty cystic acne was fucking brutal.

I only put it on the sides of my nasal tip. You can put it all over your nasal tip, but this can lead to redness (in my case with white skin) so i recommend using it on the sides only.

But know this, hydrocortisone is not a permanent fix. The effects basically last for a few hours and will return to normal. Do not overuse it (every single day) as this can cause redness.

If used properly, in addition to accutane, your nose will slim down/become less bulbous by a great deal.

i recommend you look into ivermectin 1%, hydrocortisone is not sustainable and the gains are very much temporary

yes, there is no problem with taking both.

are you on fin right now?

and if you are looking to take accutane, can I assume its for your skin? Or is there another reason?

Im on fin for a year now. I dont have acne and bad skin but if it made it smoother and made my nose less bloated looking I would take it

hydrocortisone %?

i have 2 main recommendations

1. if you want to keep taking fin, I would recommend taking low dose (10 mg) acccutane for a month and seeing if you are happy with the results. You will notice your nose slim down and your skin clear up. Im assuming you are white (based on your name lmao). I am white with a slightly unideal nasal tip. Taking accutane vastly slimmed down my nose because it was just slightly bulbous. If your nose shape is very bad already, accutane will help, but not be a life saver. Based on my anecdote, accutane affecting the nose is most helpful for white/white adjacent people with slightly bulbous nose tips.

2. start taking dutasteride. It is known that dutasteride is very good for your skin and can drastically improve its appearance along with your hair. If you don't care about the nose slimming, this would be your best option.

what dose did you buy 20mg 10mg?
