Fuck this clown world, I've come to accept a truth that transcends whatever the self perspective of myself is or was. I've walked a path paved with uncertainty, wrestling with the expectations of it being just a mental nightmare... But it isn't.

I will never be Chad. I will never hang out with chicks or get sex... Never. However I'm a few surgeries away from preventing myself from offing myself of this world.

In fact I'm not even angry anymore. I feel at peace. I feel fine. I know my worth, which is 0, but I know it at least.
