176.5cm 19y/o in few weeks. I have bread for a lifetime of peptides/roids and I can also afford surgery.

Hoping to get more bones in face and a few inches taller. will roids or peptides help me at my age or is only option surgery? Just don’t want to do surgery and lose NT status.
