If I widen my skull get more prominent cheekbones and zygos, fix my infras , and get Bimax I believe I’ll be pushing lmtn praying to god that my growth plates are still open when I get my scan this month

Acting like lmtn is good , brochacho you'll be a bit higher after all them surgeries, why woudl u acc get all that just to be a lmtn

Whatever my surgeon recommends tbh I’m going to walk in nt attempting to leave with a referral for mse and insurance coverage for jaw surgery

Omg free bimax just do that and if ur still not satisfied do implants but in the meantime try ghk-cu ur skin quality seems poor

Implants or osteotomy good coloring btw. Then just fix skin
