accidentally pullout a stitch from Septorhino

I just woke up in the middle of the fucking night and felt something on my face by nostrils and pulled and it was a piece of hair. When I pulled it kinda stung because it had crusted to some blood I assumed. About 10 minutes later I went to the bathroom to some water and a stitch is missing cruelly enough I was supposed to get them out today. What do I do is this fine? Am I fucked is that gonna leave a bad scar? It bled a little but not bad and doesn’t really hurt unless I touch it.
