I just used my selfmade MT2 nasal spray for the first time but dumb me snorted it instead of inhaling because I didn’t know how to use nasal spray correctly. Got some of it in my throat and stomach (from swallowing) too.

I read that swallowing MT2 can be harmful, is this true?

You should be fine. Was just an accident. You might feel nauseous and get more hot flushes but that'll pass. There likely won't be any serious adverse effects

how do you even know it's orally bioavailable? A peptide of the likes will most likely be broken down in seconds. It's extremely fragile. You'll be fine.
