This is not true.
Their argument is that every man will get 72 houris (virgin girls) there so there must be more women there.
The problem with this argument is that it assumes those houris are also the women of the earth. This doesn't have to be the case. This + the fact that the other hadith is in direct opposition to this means that the houris are definitely not the women of earth.

We don’t know what houris are. The Quran doesn’t speak of virgins. It speaks of servants with beautiful eyes. Probably horny imams thinking it means “virgins to have sex with.”
