According to my bone age scans im projected to be over 6'4 but i can see thats not happening

I had bone age scans done a year ago
I was 15 2 months and 6 feet tall
The analysis said I had a bone age of 14
I just plugged it into an Ai and it said 14 and 2 months
Since then I've only grown .75-1 inch
Im 16 now
Is it still possible to reach this height or is that simply a false hope
