Well he’s been dead for 3200 years, people lived back then as well so they probably thought so. Also he’s a rotten mummy and died at 90 so of course he looks ugly

nigga i have never seen in the entirety of being on this site is trying to tell me about educating myself LMFAO

and of course i fucking know about the skull slowly deteriorating due to aging. but it's nothing at all as severe as it would have to be to give you this long of a midface and this narrow of a head. not to mention is utterly shit neck and massive neurocranium.

His father was at least 3/4th his age and mogged him to bits.

His father was around 40 when he died, Ramesses around 90. Skulls age as well, so in his prime his skull would have been a better version than it is here, but fact is he was old, probably thin and frail from age from what we see, and the fact that it’s a mummy, which depending on conditions could have done anything to preservation and to alter his looks.

How does this explain the head shape? So narrow and long. No aging or being thin can cause that.

the article is from 2021, any gassing up done back then would've been shut down by someone checking nowadays.

the question was on listed on google for people trying to find out today, not in 12 whatever BC.

This maybe. I dunno, but his statues that the citizens made where his face was shown were compact faces. Im not that well educated on these statues if they are all similar or different. I expect different to indicate different pharaos
