Accufine question

Does anybody have experience with the isotretinoin pajeet brand Accufine?
It's cheap asf but I heard the amount is faked and overvalued

get it? cause accufine, has fine in the name, so me saying fine would be a reference to the name "accufine" which has fine in the name.

I'm using Accufine 40mg/day and my lips are certainly dry as fuck.
Wouldn't be surprised if it's underdosed but 3mg in a 30mg capsule is more likely than not from a counterfeit Accufine product.

Just started using accufine, i have not seen the janoshik reports tough. Can anyone link them?
