Accurate Rating Advice?

I'm somewhat aware of the ratings from sub5 to chad, which includes subratings like lmtn, hmtn etc. But I can't actually say for sure when seeing faces - I want to be as accurate as possible.

Can someone link example pictures or any threads that explain the rating system properly? tia.
