You can not rate.
HTN is not top 2%. That is chadlite level value which you do not see them having.

I am also a good rater so none of these ratings are innaccurate perhaps a few but I have seen them irl to make a fair judgement

HTN range = top 2%
High MTN = top 10%

This seems accurate to me,

Although HTN is meant to be top 10% on here ,

except for some threads I see where everyone for some reason just rates a low MTN at HTN for some random reason, the HTNs on here are actually around top 2%, as people forget on here how sub human the rest of the population is.
