if i take 20mg for about 6 months will i still see a sognificant chnage in my nose size and over all skin i dont have really bad acne mainly just sabacuas fillements but i still want to take a cycle and want the 90% chnace that my pores shrink permanently or will i have to keep taking 20mg foreever?

my nose went back to normal but get a higher dose or just do tret after isotret and do like a higher dose 80mg
