Accutane 30mg for 4 months not working, am I being not patient?

My acne is as bad as before I started. I did have a purge but after the purge it is the same as before I hopped on. Anyone else had a similar experience?

30mg should be alot and in order to up my dose I need to pay 300 aus for a dermatologist appointment that I dont have the funds for. Is this a normal thing google is giving me mixed opinions

I have natural slightly bad liver so it needs monitoring, they make me take a blood test every month
