I've always consumed it with fat, but I'm not sure exactly how many grams of fat I've been taking in. I weigh around 65 kilos.

Ive done like a half cycle cuz i didnt have a source and didnt get a rebound. Like if youre not blasting androgens after the cycle or doing very acne inducing stuff you should be fine
