If I am on an relative low dose of accutane (20-30mg) can I add actives like Tretinoin or azelaic acid?

Might be harsh at first ask your doctor for their advice and even if you go thru with it make sure to put on moisturiser and sunscreen dailyIf I am on an relative low dose of accutane (20-30mg) can I add actives like Tretinoin or azelaic acid?
Ignore this guy who has no idea.Might be harsh at first ask your doctor for their advice and even if you go thru with it make sure to put on moisturiser and sunscreen daily
Yeah I also thought about it but my acne isn’t even to bad it’s more about the texture and hyperpigmentation so I don’t know if I should add anythingTretinoin is completely redundant when you are on isotretinoin. Just step up the dose if you care to expedite results.
Azelaic acid, I don't see as necessary either.

I don’t got a doctor got it illegal and of course I moisturize and use sunscreen dailyMight be harsh at first ask your doctor for their advice and even if you go thru with it make sure to put on moisturiser and sunscreen daily
tretinoin couldve been fine if you had a doctor who could judge the situation. isotretinoin already thins the stratum corneum so you got less sebum. adding tretinoin speeds up keratinocyte turnover, making your skin even more fragile. azelaic is still disruptive but it’s not as aggressive as the other option.I don’t got a doctor got it illegal and of course I moisturize and use sunscreen daily
