low dose Accutane to keep results?

I'm on 40mg of Accutane right now and was curious if after I'm done my cycle and my acne is all gone, would it be beneficial to low dose it at 5-10mg to keep the results and make sure it never comes back?

what abt tazarotene + low dose isotret combo instead for maintenance? also for the low dose isotret is a good range roughly 30-40 mgs weekly? not tryna take 5 mgs everyday wld rather j do 10 mg pills split across 3/4 days a week.

Why not just take 5mg daily? I'd presume that the fluctuations in dosage could cause some unwanted side effects.

if that’s the case then i’m not opposed to doing daily doses, j a convenience thing personally. is daily topical application rly necessary btw or wld 5 days a week and two days off of smt like taz or tret suffice? dont wanna fuck my barrier with over applying the shit

You'd adjust by observing your skin. If it's damaging your skin, reduce usage. If it's fine, maintain or increase.

copy. u think the microdosing for isotret is sustainable when roiding simultaneously as well? ik it’s such a tiny dose but u could never be too sure. i’ve been thinking abt stacking the two we’ve discussed and adding on topical estriol and maybe ghk cu pins once i start juicing to ensure my collegen gains dont get nuked while on cycle. not sure if this wld be overkill tho
