Does it make sense if I take accutane 20mg and hydrocortisone to make my nose look smaller? I've only heard different opinions so far.

hydrocortisone is cope in my experience (tried it twice) but topical tretinoin really made a difference after only 2 months of use

The fact that it didn't work in you doesn't make it cope, it just depends on how much inflammation etc. user has at his nose.

You can pair accutane with tret %0.05 for better results after using hydrocortisone for a week, assuming you wont use anavar.

My bad, I meant Ashwagandha.

It meant to lower your cortisol since hydrocortisone can keep your cortisol high.

only in large amounts like if you spread it on your thigh twice a day for a week, otherwise its virtually zero difference
