accutane and hydrocortisone

I've been applying Betamethasone 0.1% ( similar to hydrocortisone but stronger ) for around 4 days now and I've seen good results ( not that drastic but I'd say mediocre)
and i got described accutane 20 mg today
is it safe to still apply Betamethasone ?

Stop using it, it’s a topical steroid and accutane makes ur skin fragile u can damage ur skin barrier
