Accutane on its own can cause liver toxicity which is why you prob get monitored enzymes and LIPIDS

MK-677 elevates liver enzymes. Combining both of them basically guarantees you get liver damage.

Not worth it imo, the benefit from taking MK-677 in such a stack does not outweigh the liver damage it will create.
