Accutane and tret at the same time

If i use both accutane and tret at the same time would it have better results or not? i will use accutane but i dont know if i should stop using tret for accutane as im like 3 weeks in (i know it takes long for results but doctor prescribed me accutane)

its pretty shitty; my dermatologist prescribed me accutane first look so u can guess at how bad it is

just make sure to moisture your skin.
