Accutane, are the sides as bad, what can we do to prevent

Ive been thinking about possibly ding accutane but I do not want to risk plate clusre right now im running 12.5mg aromasin and hoping on erda in this next upcoming week aswell as provion, I want to use accutane but dont want early plate closure and I fine or should I stay away for now

it will rarely lead to plates closure and thats if ur taking really high dosages

It doesn't close your plates
