accutane at 16?

Im 16 and other than height acne is probably my biggest flaw not only on my face but on neck, chest and really bad bacne
Im on a very clean diet and ive had a bunch of different prescripted creams, mostly .1 tret but after that didnt work my derm suggested accutane but im worried about the side effects on growth and in general.
Is it worth it or is there anything else I could do for the acne

if you’re that worried about height, don’t take it.acne naturally clears over time

i was on accutane 40mg daily 2 years ago and ended last year and i’ve grown 4 inches since
