I recently got prescribed accutane via my dermatologist, it is my 2nd time on and I’m starting at 10mg daily for 2 months. The only issue is it requires blood work practically every 3 months until completion but I will be on testosterone Tren and DHB. Would these AAS fuck my panel up to an extent which a dermatologist will notice and cut me off accutane?

If your ALT/AST are 2-3x the upper lim they may think its due to "strain" from the Accutane and pull the prescription to be safe. The bigger problem is, is that accutane lowers HDL and raises LDL and then tren just exacerbates that. A non based derm seeing a practically 0 HDL and sky high LDL will prolly stop your Accutane immediately.
