Accutane dosage? (+ pics)

This is my skin rn
Sometimes it's a bit better, sometimes I have some breakouts with 1 or 2 big oily pimples

My Accutane should arrive today, and I am thinking of starting with 10mg ed to fix my mild face acne
Problem is I also have bad body acne (especially back and chest) which will get worse on blast (day 6 rn of 70mg test e daily)

I am 77kg rn, and my cumulative dose would be like 11,550-16,940mg (150-220mg/kg), but I would have to take it for 3-4 years then, if I stay at 10mg daily.
I probably will have to up the dosage cuz of my blast if the acne gets worse.
I also just thought of starting at 20mg to avoid going through the purging phase twice when upping the dose, if that's how it works?

How bad is the purging phase on 10mg vs 20mg?

What would y'all recommend in my case?

no idea, i just told you how accutane is being doses clinically, but even 40mg is used for a chill acne

Take an antihistamine daily, it will help you with your purge phase

Start on 20mg daily at minimum

No point doing 10mg as it probably won't be enough to properly clear your skin (esp body acne) and will be a nightmare to hit optimal cumulative dose

3-4 years is actually way too long. I sent you a guide from me. I would recommend you to go to 20 mg, 10 mg would be very little. 20mg is still a low dose. The Purge is not that bad. I might have got 5 pimples that are already gone again. It is much more important that you have good care so that your skin does not dry out completely. I think most of my guide you already know but what might be of interest to you: I've put examples of dosages and a skin care tutorial into it

Wash your face morning and evening with a mild face wash. The face wash should not contain any additional acne medication. After washing, apply a moisturizing cream. Again, avoid creams with acne medication. For your lips, use vaseline or a lip balm. When you go outside, apply a low-fat sunscreen with SPF 50 to your face. Before going to bed, reapply the cream and the vaseline or lip balm. It's also a good idea to always carry hand cream with you.

You might wanna finish ur course quicker if you have more acne hence dosing variability. However beyond that it doesn't change a thing

yea i bought one a few days ago (50 spf/fps)
I am already using red vaseline ed for many many months, now I will put extra red vaseline at night and combine both ig or maybe only the lip balm, we'll see I have never tested it b4
