Accutane dosage

I’ve been on 20mg for 2 months, definitely noticed some changes but i feel that it’s kinda slow. Been thinking about upping the dose on 40mg.
Does this make sense or should I just wait

it makes it stronger but same time length also just do 30mg thats a perfect dose for most im on 30 and i feel great only thing is i get head aches sometimes that last 30 mins
