accutane dosage

so i bought some fuckass indian accutane and my skin is my main flaw so i started at a kinda high dose (40 mg) and i feel like shit. i get irritated hella easily and get mad at everything. wtf do i do my skin is my biggest failo and i need this shit clear. i was thinking i could lower dose or js quit and go back to slow ah tretinoin.

yes you can lower dosage brah, esp since uve these weird sides, try idk 20mg
