Accutane Dosage

I'm currently on 10mg of isotret. and have been on it for about 2 months odd. I have mild-severe acne and i haven't seen much improvement. I'm with a derma and have a meeting in a couple days. Im assuming I may be boosted to 15-20mg daily. Will this be sufficient for good results? Or should i speak to them about getting a higher dosage?

20mg should be fine
