If I have mild acne, not crazy acne. Mostly closed comedones.

Should I aim for accumulative dosage or use Accutane until skin is clear + 1-2 months?

The first month ur acne goes horrible then it’s gonna be fine after ur 3rd month. do 20 mg 1 day on 1 day off or 10 mg ed

No don't listen to that other guy. Take it daily and stick to 20-40mg per day. Ideally take it for 3 months after clearance if you aren't experiencing many side effects.
