Yeah, you could do it every day, but I assume you don't want to risk any purge. For me I didn't have any purge due to the fact that I did it slowly but steady, introducing my body to the compound. When you look up on Reddit, everyone taking 20 mg has almost always purged. At 20 mg twice a week for the first 2 weeks, you will already notice benefits. Or just start with 5 a day, see how that goes, and ramp your dose up. But from my experience with shit like this, you always want to start mild to prevent purge or any other BS lopl

yeah a lot! already started seeing a lot of benefits at the 2/3 week mark, most people who do high dosing see results only at the 2/3 month mark bigg difference! plus the nose benefits worked out well for me!

i started 20 at 1 time a week paired with tretinoin 0.025 at 3 times a week, then i moved to 10 mg every day for about 2 months and now already all my acne is gone just left with some PIH so doing 5 mg daily rn
probably just stay on 20 i dont think 5 would do much and 20 isnt a high dose at all so youll be fine

Yeah, I know 20 isn't a high dosage, but I don't even have acne. It's purely for the collagen turnover, and 5 mg is also very effective, especially paired with topical vitamin A.
