im personally going to run 20mg for 6 months until my nose hits a plateu and is fully shrunk. then ill take 10mg for 2 years to maintain until i get rhino. accutane nose lasts about 6 months once you quit so ill have a shrunked nose for 3+ years giving me time to get rhino

yes , 8mm if your nose was extremely inflamated before. avarage results should be 5mm if you have decent amnt of acne tho
