Accutane face flushing and blushing

Hey, does anyone have any good tips on how to stop face flushing and blushing from accutane? I’ve heard that beta-blockers can help, however I won’t get the prescription and I do not want to shut down my adrenaline completely. I get mocked for the flushing everyday in school since it looks like I am very embarrassed, but thats not the case. I am on accutane for 6 months so far and my acne has cleared, but this side-effect has been showing since a month ago. First I thought it’s just normal embarrassment blushing, but that never happened to me and I found out it is a direct side effect. Any help is appreciated, thanks!
