i do this broSo currently your skin barrier is damaged and you have to repair it and reduce inflammation. You need to Hydrate and Soothe irritation. Wear daily SPF otherwise the redness will darken and become permanent.

Nigger, hyper-pigmentation is permanent. If not takes years with lasers to get it off."become permanent" said no literature ever
no it isn't, You're a retard that doesn't know anything.Nigger, hyper-pigmentation is permanent. If not takes years with lasers to get it off.
There's a difference between regular pigmentation and PIH, and sure, epidermal PIH can fade somewhat through natural skin turnover, but acting like it just magically disappears on its own for everyone is straight-up misleading. In reality, especially on darker skin tones or with deeper dermal PIH, it can stick around for years, get worse with sun exposure, and seriously mess with people's confidence while new acne keeps triggering more spots. Retinoids and tyrosinase inhibitors are legit helpful, no argument there, but pretending passive waiting works fine ignores how slow and inconsistent it is for most people without consistent treatment, strong sun protection, and early acne control. Dermatology isn't black-and-white like you're making it, plenty of studies show active combos get better, faster results than hoping for turnover alone.no it isn't, You're a retard that doesn't know anything.
There's a distinction in natural hyperpigmentation and Post inflammatory Hyperpigmentation.
You get pigmentation after some form of inflammation or minor injury that naturally fades on it's own.
Acne caused hyperpigmentation fade on their own as the skin with the hypermelanated spots gets shed in the skin cell turnover cycle.
This is why retinoids help permanently get rid of pih because they speed up the process of shedding the skin dramatically, you will have results in months.
To combat it from the other side of the mechanism, you also use tyrosinase inhibitors to inhibit the melanin alongside retinoids.
Don't be a retard and speak on things you do not know

Nigger, AI testing my shit cause I fucking disproved your bullshit claim. AI testing is retarded nigger, the only AI word testing that word is Turnitin, fucking retarded son of a monkey fucker.View attachment 5243703
AI slop kill yourself retard
Also I read the reply, everything said was a strawman and fucking retarded rope
Are you stupid? I could literally refute every retarded thing you said. You quite literally strawmanned my position, I didn't respond because why the fuck would I argue with ai slop?Nigger, AI testing my shit cause I fucking disproved your bullshit claim. AI testing is retarded nigger, the only AI word testing that word is Turnitin, fucking retarded son of a monkey fucker.
Since your stupid ass wants a reply so bad to your ai slop, lets do episode 3 of disproving retarded unjustified claims from looksmax.org members. There's a difference between regular pigmentation and PIH, and sure, epidermal PIH can fade somewhat through natural skin turnover, but acting like it just magically disappears on its own for everyone is straight-up misleading. hat s iplAzelaic acid or ipl
so what to do bro for my red spots, like i have the red spots after 5-6 months of accutane , what to do.or they fade awaySince your stupid ass wants a reply so bad to your ai slop, lets do episode 3 of disproving retarded unjustified claims from looksmax.org members.
"There's a difference between regular pigmentation and pih" -> No shit, pigmentation is just the colour of your skin with melanin being the main factor. pih is the hyperactivity of melanin as a response to injury or inflammation
"epidermal pih can fade somewhat through natural skin turnover" -> There's no such thing as "dermal" pih as inflammatory responses from acne are in the epidermal layer. They only leak into the dermal layer
"but acting like it just magically disappears on its own for everyone is straight-up misleading" -> It quite literally does, everywhere in the dermatological literature supports this claim. Dermal PIH is simply just epidermal pih leaking into the dermal layer due to some sort of disruption or injury in the barrier between them. Supporting the claim that "dermal pih" isn't a thing on its own
"while new acne keeps triggering more spots" -> no shit sherlock, more inflammation = more inflammatory responses
"but pretending passive waiting works fine ignores how slow and inconsistent it is" -> Are you a fucking retard???? When did I even imply or say that you should just "wait" for it to fade?? The point of me saying it naturally fades is to prove it isn't permanent you fucking idiot. If it can fade through some kind of mechanism, then using compounds to buffer that mechanism will get it gone perma.
I quite literally said this you fucking retard can you even read?

I quite LITERALLY said you have to use these products because the implication is that naturally waiting is just too slow. You're an illiterate fool
"Plenty of studies show active combos get better faster results than hoping for turnover alone" -> Retard all you can do is use turnover stimulants and tyrosinase inhibitors like I saidI never said "muh just wait brah it'll go" I quite literally said to use these compounds
Be GONE! retarded grey![]()
