Accutane for nose dosage ??

I don't have acne but I want to slim nose so should I hop on accutane and what's the dose I currently have betamethasone I havent used bcs its much stronger than hydrocortisone so idk how to use it

20-40mg daily would be good to nuke your sebaceous glands then you can take 10mg daily after to maintain
