I have been doing some research and looking amongst this forum, but I can’t seem to find a good guide on how much to take and for how long, also what dosages are the best for beginners.

Btw I do not have oily skin, so maybe the slimming will be less (still do get pores on my nose).

Also, any potential side effects of accutane at these dosages.

Any help would be great, if further details are needed I will provide them.

I currently use hydrocortisone (1%) on my nose, is this dosage too low or would you recommend another cream (over the counter)?

Also, I have hydrocortisone because of my skin, so I didn’t initially have it to looksmax.

How often should I apply it, because I’ve seen different answers.

Yeah, nah I’m good with accutane then.
Accutane will work better then whatever fake ass cream they sell you just try and take it outside of a social setting especially school so you dont call that torta a slur

Wait what do you mean? Are you still referring to accutane?
Accutane side effects can vary but if im not one of them is losing a bunch of test as its just absolutely raping your body so if your lucky and your markers are low ash can get given some of that good FDA shit

apply small drops of 1% to the sides and tip of your nose, do NOT apply it to the main bump, only to squishy, fatty bits, let it rest for 5 - 10 minutes before wiping it off. do this every other day for a week, then dont do it for a week, then repeat that cycle until the inflammation goes down.

What are you waffling about.

From what you’ve said, I’ve gathered that I should “take it for social events”, does it temporarily debloat and slim the nose?
Is it true that with longer use, these results become permanent?

Yeah true, it’s not worth it then

Okay, got it.

Appreciate the guidance.

And will these results be permanent?

im not fully sure i think you need to find the root cause (diet/bad skincare, etc) if you want it to be permanant

Also what happens if you take it more often then that.

Will you develop a topical steroid withdrawal if you go without it? (Might be a retarded question, I’m not 100% sure if hydrocortisone is a steroid cream).

Will it mess with hormones or something?

Let me know the potential dangers

the routine i gave you is meant to dodge withdrawls because you cycle on and off every week, i think taking more than that can give withdrawls and stuff, but you cant ruin your hormones horribly unless you take it like every day for ages

Fairs, when I was younger I used to take it all the time. Now I’ve stopped because that shit can be bad for you.

Appreciate the advice

I’ve been on isotret for around 25 days. I’m 170 lbs and 40 mgs. This it through a dermatologist. I’ve only experienced chapped lips and the comet og my mouth splitting a lil. No significant changes on size of nose yet and liltle skin quality improve. But it takes time. It’s like a 6-8 month process

Fair enough,

I’ve actually just ordered some tretinoin gel (0.025%) (not derma), so I’m looking forward to trying it.

I’m sure taking it via a gel rather than orally can produce better results, but I’m not quite sure what all the benefits are. I ordered it yesterday (6 tubes), to better my skin quality and ease wrinkles and stuff.

Do you know much about tret, and any routines to follow with the gel?

Yes tret is good. I was in tret for a while. Before isotret. Only reason I started isotret is cause my acne was more severe. When you start tret far less side affects. But still some dry skin. Apply once a day at night with moisturizer after. You may experience a purging phase where your acne gets worse but you need to stick it out cause it’s worth it. After a couple months once your skin adjusts I would consider getting a higher concentration of it too.

If you haven't seen dosing protocols on this forum you are definitely not researching like at all.

There's like a trillion full extensive accutane guides they're so overwashed now.

Just use mine

You are a fucking dumbass if you think this LOL the only side effect you get from accutane is dry lips (Which isn't even side effect it's simply just it's mechanism of action):lul::lul::lul:

Not true at all, made up fear mongering goyslop info.

Some idiot made a thread about this and he's a lying grifter

Not worth it imo (in my onion)
He is LITERALLY LYING LMFAO if this was the case accutane would not be prescribed at all.

Among 16 million people prescribed accutane in the last 2 decades only 66 have had serious complications. Literally everyone on here has used it and is fine.

Why are we using ONE persons undocumented anecdote to put accutane down.
