Accutane for nose slimming

I have been doing some research and looking amongst this forum, but I can’t seem to find a good guide on how much to take and for how long, also what dosages are the best for beginners.

Btw I do not have oily skin, so maybe the slimming will be less (still do get pores on my nose).

Also, any potential side effects of accutane at these dosages.

Any help would be great, if further details are needed I will provide them.

Also it effects women because they can get pregnant and it's toxic to fetuses because it's a teratogen.

Some studies show minor testosterone/dht reductions (which it literally needs to for sebum reduction which is hormonal) and some studies show the opposite.

there's no classified clinical data that says they directly lower hormones significantly or consistently. OR permanently.
