Accutane for reducing nose size

cant be fucked with temporary corticosteroids size reduction cope anymore, want that shit to be permanent now
there are visible sebaceous filaments on my nose and i can literally fry an omelette from the amount of oil on my nose when i wake up
someone help me with dosage
should I go for the 5-6 months standard routine or microdose it?
ps: i do have slight acne too

Having a thick skin of the nose is an underrated failo also because it prevents you from getting good results when doing rhino
