Accutane for skin?

I am 15 and suffer under acne I tried some things to fix it but it wont really help. I found out abt accutane around 1 month ago and I‘ve been thinking about taking it for some time now. Can someone recommend me a dosage? And for how long I should take it? If pictures needed feel free to ask.

accutane def the move, if your acne is bad enough get it prescriubed, if you cant buy off a good source and chat gpt ur dosing etc

isotret is too severe of a treatment if this is the first thing you're trying for acne, hop on epiduo or something with benzoyl peroxide first (easily prescribed by your GP/family doctor). it might cause early growth-plate fusion so it could make you shorter potentially. it's a great treatment for cystic or very severe acne or if BP or epiduo don't work. also consider having antibiotics prescribed as well. if you're gonna get on it, get it prescribed so your liver is monitored properly and don't buy it from random jeet sources

fixing diet which kinda helped but it somehow came back and skin care etc.

also make sure to use some anti-bacterial face wash + hydration (effaclar h or similar) + spf 50 cream (uva + uvb,e.g. uvmune 400 )

id try absolutely everything else, anti bacterial washes, sulfur soaps, being dialed in with good clean food for atleast half a year plenty of water, if that dont work try topical treatments from derm. THEN consider it

maybe you have hormonal acne, id try anti-biotics first.

leave accutane as a last resort
