Accutane has the chance to completely remove acne and significantly lower the chances of future acne which was in my personal experience, took one cycle and my acne was gone. For context my acne was severe, like very severe. However, my friend also took acctuane but it had minimal effect on him and he ended up with no results. In conclusion, depends on how the person's body reacts.
Also heard that is decreases nose size? This is possibly just due to the fact that it significantly reduces oil production in the skin and shrinks sebaceous oil glands, resulting in a decrease of overall skin thickness and puffiness. Essentially making the nose appear smaller.
