Accutane fraudmaxxing?

I am 15, 144lbs and just over 6’4. I know I am severely underweight. I am seeing a dermatologist soon for accutane and need to make sure I get a high dose and actually accutane. This dermatologist is known for giving tretinoin instead of accutane. pls tell me what to say for them to give accutane

I understand the risks. Not depressed. My height growth has been slowing down but at 6’4 being taller isnt a priority.
