Accutane & growth (can accutane coexist with cjc+ipa)

will low dose accutane (20-40mg/day) actually speed up growth plate fusion if I'm still growing, and can I safely run it with CJC/IPA to keep maximizing height while clearing my acne, like can it coexist? I know Tetralysal/Clindacne don't affect growth because that's what I'm on rn, but will Accutane will fuck my final height or nah and will peptides still work during treatment.

yeah, even low-dose accutane (20–40mg/day) can speed up growth plate fusion if you’re still growing. it doesn’t always happen, but the risk is real especially if you're mid or late puberty and haven’t finished growing yet. lower doses reduce the risk, but don’t eliminate it

CJC/IPA boost natural growth hormone, so they can help while your growth plates are still open. but they won't stop accutane from closing those plates if that’s what your body starts doing

if your main concern right now is squeezing out those last few centimeters of height, accutane isn’t the best move. stick to what you’re on (Tetralysal, Clindamycin) or other non-retinoid treatments, they don’t mess with bone growth.

if you're serious about getting your max height, then wait to start accutane until a bone age xray shows your growth plates are fully closed. that’s the cleanest and safest way to make sure it won’t mess with your final height

if the plates are still open, starting accutane too early in that window can push your body to fuse those plates faster than it normally would especially during late puberty. even at low doses, there’s a small but real risk
