accutane improvement

i’ve only been on accutane for 2 weeks and i already see CRAZY improvement and im only on 30 mg when im going up to 60 in 2 weeks. the only possible reason would be from low stress (knowing that since im on accutane my skin will fix) and stress is one of the main things that cause acne
