im gettin lotta mixed info about letrozole, some say the effects are small, with only decreases in mood and cognitive function, while others say the suppressing of estrogen leads to stuff lik esteoporosis, but ive never heard of it hurting my organs, what do u mean?

Depends, letro is usually most supressive so some use aromasin or arimidex insted which might be better in your case or intill you are off accutane.

Estrogen protects organs, and in your case helps manage the inflammation caused by accutane + decreases fatty liver risk i can go more in depth if you want

acne's like moderate tbh, not crazy, oily skin and whatnot. but atp im mainly js asking for letro, its a much more potent ai than anestro and all that yea, what would u say the most likely side effects r and long-term risks of running it.

I mean sounds like ur slamming it so with low neuroprotection your brain wont be as resilient, nor will your heart and other organs overall bad, But tbf im not knowledgeable enough on letro alone to say oh yeah youll get osteoporosis

5'7 at 18 in damn germany. but i plan to go on letro and hgh for like 3-6 months for any growth. so ik ur js one mans opinion. but is that enough time for me to develop some serious conditions or like get a heart attack (ofc not but ykwim).

Couldnt take any ai cuz of my acne, if yours is bad you should be careful with letrozone
Letrozone causes acne, ive seen friends who never had acne starting to have using anastrozole (weaker than letrozone)
So it usually isnt the best drug combination possible cuz of acne + liver stress and chance ur blood lipids rise
As long as your having regular blood tests with ur doctor and he says it is manageable
