I’ve been on Taz .1% and accutane 20mg for about a week and my skin and mood feels like shit my eyes lips and skin so dry and I don’t have a moisturizer getting estriol cream soon though fuck upping the accutane dose

accutane immediately works on sebum glands and turns ur skin extremely sensitive, your skin will obv fry and peal if u add taz 0.1% (which is the highest concentration of the most powerful retinoid) to it

Take 0.05% topical accutane and stop the taz
